Weigh In Worries

Off to the gym to get weighed and measured. Our gym has a fitness challenge... 'the new you in the new year'... a mini-biggest loser deal.  I started with them a month ago, though I began in earnest about 2 weeks ago.  Still feel fat... run to the scale to make sure I'm not imagining the .4 loss from the previous day.  What to wear... heavy clothes or light ones?  I'll check back later after the deed is done.  I have been going to the gym almost daily, but don't have two hours to spend... just about an hour.  We'll see.
