Today is February 1, 2010.............the day I start my 30-day PCOS diet.  I am not to have any dairy, legumes or grains.  Lots and lots of protien, veggies,fruts and nuts.   I can't have peanuts because they are considered a legume so celery with peanut butter is out, but I can use other nut butters.

After doing some research I found this wonderful e-book on PCOS.  It hasa 30-day diet/menu plan.  The diet seems fairly easy to follow as it is not a folo to the "T" type diet.  You can add whatever meats and veggies you like to the recipes  they just give you suggestions on how much and maybe what types just so you ca mix it up and not always eat the same things.  So I am giving it a try.  My downfall is always around 4pm, that's when  really want to start snacking.  So I have a granny smith apple with some cashew butter waiting for me at that time.

Wednesdaymight be a bit hard for me tosay on the diet since I am goign in tohave a D&C and a Hysteroscopy done, thanks to fertility meds seems I have just to much stored estroge.  Hoping this will help jump start our TTC jouney.
