I started my program today, I am hoping that this will help keep me motivated, of course after my session today I was ready to say "Nope not for me!!" Ha Ha. I gotta keep pushing though. At the height of my fitness in high school, which was only 4 years past, I played soccer year round, ran every day and actually had a pretty nice body. I was 160lbs and now I am a miserable 235lbs. Im not sure what to do with diet yet. Today I just portioned everything out, made sure to check my blood sugar before hand take my insulin, and then walked 20 minutes after breakfast lunch and dinner. Any tips or encouragements?
