Ugh!   I think my body absolutely hates me!   forgive me while I vent for a moment.   I really have been trying so hard and have only cheated 1x in the past month.   my first 2 wks went great!   lost 8 pounds and thought I was finally on my way to losing the 100 pounds I need to lose.  then I had a week of no change in the scale,  but still I kept pushing along,  just doing the next right thing with my food and exercise choices.  now I have GAINED 2# back!!!!!   they haven't come off and the scale has not budged in days!   part of me thinks maybe my calorie intake is too low (around 1200 per day) but frankly,  i'm scared to death to increase it.  If i lower it,  I won't have a clue how to eat.    I have really limited my fat intake,  cut out processed, sugary foods,  only eating lean meats, fresh fruits and veggies,  drinking water (though this could be increased),  whole grain bread and pasta - which I still limit.   I feel so desperate right now.  I really feel like I am at a point of no return.   If I don't lose this weight,  my health is going to suffer.  I'm not going to quit,  just wonder if anyone has some words of wisdom, something to help me get this train going the right direction again!
