Morning Workouts

I have a full time job and finding the ideal time for me to work out has always been one of my problems.
I can either get up early and workout before I start my job, not always easy getting out of bed when its cold and dark outside.
Work out over my lunch break, sometimes meetings pop up that prevent my from being able to go.
Or, workout after work before heading home... once I am done with work I like to get home, make diner and settle for the evening.
So, I have decided that I will do a work out before work, around 6am. Then after work and before bed I do a yoga workout, in my new fancy workout room.
Today was my second day in a row of morning workouts, it seems to give me a bit of an energy boost for the rest of the day.
