I feel the burn

I have been doing cardio and strength training since Monday. That 2 days for strength and 3 of cardio and boy do I feel it. I have lost 3lb since I started this site on Monday and I am excited (even though the weight lose is probibly only water weight). This is the first time I ever measured my body to help track how I am doing and I can't wait to see the out come in 3 months. That a goal I set for noticable improvments not my goal for weight lose thought it would be nice to hit both.
