I am a Personal Trainer, Group Fitness Instructor and Fitness Director at the local YMCA and I would love to help all health seekers reach and maintain their fitness goals, if you have found yourself in a rut try mixing things up by changing your workout routine. Try a new cardio machine, incorporate interval training. If you are a health club member check out a new class. I teach Zumba, it is a fun way to shed the pounds.
