I am hoping this will force me to be accountable.
I am not a 'body worshiper,' but I realize I'm not in very good shape. My biggest complaint is lack of energy. With two young children (4, 20 mos.), I am constantly reminded how little energy I have these days.
My initial goal is to lose 15 lbs., which would get me down to about 180. Ideally, I'd like to get down to around 175 to 170 -- but I need to do it carefully.
I have health issues that make smartening up my eating habits a wise idea. That's another goal: more good foods! More water!
