Time to shed this baby weight!

So today i made the yummiest shake ever.  I used the Atkins choc shake, plus i put in two tablespoons of peanut butter (only 7 carbs!) and then i used a little bit of banana extract put it all in the blender with some ice, and man O man i didn't feel like i was on a diet at all but eating a yummy treat from dq.  I am down another lb today so as long as i keep seeing a lb a day or more then i should be able to make my goal of another 20 lbs off in feb then by march 1st i will be at 180!!!! I haven't been at that weight since right before I had Dakota (my first born), then if i can keep going and get down to my ultimate goal weight of 150 I will be at the same weight i was when i graduated from High School.  (The way i like to think Colt remembers me as)  I'm working out today at the station with another friend from work.  Not only am i doing great on my diet but I'm also saving some real $$$ by not eating out so much, and packing all my dinners for work me and colt are really starting to get a nice little savings built up.  So hopefully i can keep this momentum up.
