Does anyone remeber that Christmas cartoon about Jack Frost? The one where they do a lot of singing is the one i'm talking about. If I remember right it wasn't much of a catoon but more of a puppety typ of show. (?) Well anyway there is this one song they sang when this frost guy started to learn how to walk, Just put one step in fron of the other and soon you'll be walking out the door or or. This song has been going on and on in my head. Ever since I told myself I have to get back on my weigh loss journey. I've been slacking and staying on vacation far to long. And since that very second this song has popped up in my mind. Not all in all the whole time but in periods and then it takes me a long while to turn it off again. I think my mind is telling me something. LOL Weight loss is a journey and it begins with the first step. And just like with walking the journey got easier for ME with every step I took. Soem rewards I recieved where instanttanious. Some took me a long time to notice. But every one of them made me very proud of myself. Right now i'm not feeling really proud of myself though. But I want that to change! So here I am. Rededicating myself to myself, and promising me to make more time to do the things I should do to help me feel really good. So heres to that first step.
