Day 5 - Weekends

I didn't do too well this weekend.  Weekends are the hardest for me to follow what I have done all week.  One is I go out and drink, not to mention eating White Castles late at night.  Yesterday, I ate one meal and then a few wings later on that night plus one drink.  Either I need to stop going out or I need to come up with a plan on the weekends.  Since not going out isn't an option, I guess I need to come up with a plan to make the weekends as successful as during the week.  I know that I am taking this serious is because I actually put what I ate in my diet tracker because normally I would leave it off as if it wasn't eaten.  This is only day 5 so I also need to give myself a break.  This is truly a learning experience and I am determined to get through this like a champ.  This is only a minor set back and I refuse to let it dictate how the rest of this journey will come out.  Have a great week everyone.
