I work over nights and last night is my longest shift went in at 7 pm didn't get home till around 10 am. By then my day is shot. To tired to get on the treadmill so I go to sleep wake up time to eat its 5pm now shit missed morning snack and lunch, OK I will eat a good dinner. Thats shot to hell Caine was being nice and made shredded pork tacos. Still not the end of the world I will only eat one plus I now I am not over on cal or car so I'll be fine. So as it stands right now I am way under cal, carb, pro & fat well I guess that better then being over. I am still in no mode to hop on that treadmill and put in 10min let alone 30 that I should. So new plan Sundays is my break day will still log food to make sure I am not going over my cal & carbs but no exercise 6 days a week is good for me everyone needs a break now and again.
