How many calories should I be taking in?

So I used the online tool to try and see how many calories I'm burning per exercise. So just from abs and cardio, I'm burning about 450 calories, not including anything going on during the day or the rest of the workout... I think it's about 66 calories per exercise which is around 330 additional calories burnt. So I can definitely see that burning 780 calories out of 1250 probably isn't the greatest idea, especially considering that I still have the rest of the day to go. So I'm wondering how many calories should I be taking in during the day? Anyone have any insight?
