Well.. the weekend didn't go so well

I had to work out a little harder today to make up for my "bad" weekend. I was out at the coast with a couple of girl friends, and I over did it with my calorie intake... I gained about 5 lbs which I now need to lose just to get back to my starter weight. I am hoping that been as I managed to put it on so fast, I can lose it just as fast, but time will tell.
In the meantime, I began my monday with my workout and have been eating much better today.
