getting tired of winter...

winter doesn't help me get back in line...looking to improve. want to be about 15 pounds lighter. always eat healthy just need to keep up with portion control and keep all sugar out of my diet. no eating after 5pm each day...with the exception of my cup of tea with honey before i go to bed!! my aim is a gallon and a half of water each day with my common sense eating...low carb-high protein. as always my trouble areas need trimming...those hips!!that waist!!!
