Wow, I have been wiped out with the flu the last few weeks! I have to get back on track and start all over again.
I found a new aerobics work out to try. It seems pretty decent. I wish I knew how to add it to my work out, though.
Well, tomorrow is a new day and I believe I will start again. I am just so frustrated that I got stopped in my tracks being sick and all. It makes it hard to go on.
It would also help if I wasn't so depressed about how I look and feel. I am really run down and tired right now. I hope I will start to feel good again soon.
