2010 for ME!

Welcome to my blog. My name is Nicole. I'm a 20 year old college student who is overweight and needs to lose weight to be healthy. My goal is to lose about 110 or more pounds. I am in much need for support and motivation.

I have tried so many diets and whatnot, and have not been able to stick to anything. I want to lose weight the natural way, without pills or surgeries. I currently live with my boyfriend and his family. There's pros and cons to it. The pros is that there is free food for me, but the con to that is that it's mostly junk food or unhealthy food. That means a lot of Taco Bell, McDonalds, and whatnot. My main idea is that if I can manage to lose weight naturally in this unhealthy environment, then I can accomplish anything.

I have tried keeping track of my intake and exercise many times, but I hope this will be different. I know the main way to lose weight naturally is to burn more calories than I consume. I hope this site will help me and that I can find a support group here.

It's hard to picture myself how I want to look in the end. I have always been big my whole life, definitely bigger than all my friends. My whole life I did one or more sports growing up, but had to stop in the middle of high school because of a knee injury. Because of the work I put into competition, if I had only cut back on my eating then, I probably won't be where I am now. I do have a gym membership, but I rarely go due to time. I love the Biggest Loser Weightloss for Yoga. It's very relaxing to me, while working me out good. I work retail, so I'm constantly walking back and forth and standing for a couple hours. Doesn't help my school is on a hill, which is in the long run a good thing. I am also an emotional eater, and that really doesn't help with the weight loss.

My boyfriend and my best friend are very supportive. They will support me no matter what I decide to do. For those Taco Bell fans, here's a quote that may help motivate you guys a little. Try Anything, Create Opportunites. Be Euthusiastic Living Life.

Until Later.
