Tired of not feeling well

so I've never blogged anything before, ever. I decided that I will try to blog this time while using this site, to see if it helps me at all. I'm not so much dieting to lose weight, as I am trying to watch what I eat because I have insulin resistence, and I feel crappy all the time. Its amazing, in 2 days I already see that I eat way to much carbs, just from tracking what I eat. I would love to get off the metformin, and have my hair stop falling out, my main symptom of the insulin resistance. Well, that and my belly is nice and round, lol. I guess you can say I am one of those skinny fat people. I have way to much body fat for my height and weight. I really just want to not be so tired all the time, and have more energy. We will see. So far, I feel the same, but I notice I am a lot more full eating more protein.
