Day 1

I am in a "new" relationship with the man of my dreams, and in the 4 months we've been living together, he's lost 29 lbs and I've gained 10. To alot of people 10 lbs doesn't seem that much. But I am a recovered anorexic/bulimic and at one time weighed over 250 lbs. After having my 2nd child I managed to lose 90 lbs. But it scares me the way the weight creeped back on like that, and I realize there's a lot of changes I need to make to reach my goal of losing 24 lbs and keep it off.
So here goes. Day one is semi easy so far, but i'm hungry. Going to try to find a healthy-ish snack (hard when you've got 2 boys under 7 and a very tight budget) and then get my oldest from the bus stop.
Wish it was warmer outside so I wouldn't have an excuse to stay inside, but right now, it's too cold to be out! Thanks for reading this, any support you want to give. And best of luck in your healthy weight loss endeavors!
