So I really watched what I ate today and logged it, as it was really stressed that you must know what you are really eating for you to make any improvements.
Diet:
I need to reduce the Intake of Carbs/Sugar, almost 100 g over the limit. I need to take calcium and Vitamin C supplements.
NO SODAS
NO PASTAS/Rice/Couscous
Workout:
I need to start working out for me to see any changes. So inshaAlla starting tomorrow, at least 30 min cardio.
but so far so good. Since i started logging my intake and workouts, I am much more aware of where I stand for me to make a change. :)
