I did great today!

Ok well this week there were no workouts. BUT!...I have my calories un control now. Went and bought some yogurt, fruits, veggies and for those junkfood cravings I got come rice crips (cheddar)! Drinking lots of Pure green Tea! Also I switch to 1% milk instead of 2%. Soooo...Doing much better.

Side note: I never knew almonds had so many calories and fat! I thought they were good for weight loss! LOL
