I'm in the process of cooking dinner, and tho I've kept everything in a healthy range for my calories, I'm famished. I'm going to have something good and filling. My only downfall is my workouts .. I don't like doing it, and with kids at home and living in a SMALL house I don't really get a chance to do it. I'm still motivated tho, I've not seen any changes in my weight really, but it's only been three days. My goal is to get it off to keep it off, and the only way to do that is gradually!
