Another day.

Today has been yet another day where I can't even begin to log what I ate. It's really hard when there's no food in the house, and if there is food, it's mostly unhealthy. I would buy my own food, but I'm scared of someone else eating it because no one in the house listens.

I am really determined to lose this weight. I think the last couple days of major thought has really brought me to a stronger mind of my goals. I do know my main goal is to be 45 pounds lighter in about 15 weeks. It is a big goal that I think will be a little less tangable, but to prove my father wrong, this is the goal I have to reach. Some more tangable goals are in mind though. First off, I want to get the next couple weeks on a good start to starting a steady weight loss. This will mean to start changing little by little. To end this week and for next week, my goal is to start eating slower portions, drinking more water, and trying to exercise every day at least a half hour. Tuesdays and Thursdays I can for sure go to the gym until I get the car back (then I can obviously go whenever). Every other day I'm going to start walking an hour around the neighborhood, seeing how many miles I can walk each time. I want to get back into yoga and start eating foods that I am able to keep track of.
