Goals are challenges, not threats...

Goals are challenges, not threats, that excite me and motivate me to change for the better and move forward. First, I must begin with a reasonable goal given my current situation - overweight and out of shape.

Exercise: 200-300 min/week; equivalent of 40-60 min, 5 days/week
- for now, this should include 20 min/mile pace on treadmill; 10 mph on recumbent, level 5 on elliptical at 4.5 mph pace + arms/legs strength training which will vary by machine - but no less than 5# for arms and 20# for legs

- STG # 1: Reach 10%, 165.2#, on WW 3/10/10; 8 months after joining date - slow and steady wins the race though, right?
- STG # 2: Reach "overweight" rather than obese category, 153 #,  5/19/10 - looking hot for DBF graduation and summer vacation would be great
- STG # 3: 139# for 1 year WW anniversarry
- STG # 4: 135 # for Meryl's wedding, 8/8/10 - MOH at BFF wedding - last time I was 130's I was a size 8 and looking great - on my way to a fresh healthy start with a summer move in with DBF and embarking on starting my career
- STG #4: 128 # by 9/5/10 at my 1st cousins wedding - I hate her and would love to look HOT and finally reach a HEALTHY weight
- STG # 5: 125 # by 10/10/10 at DBF's brother's wedding = GOAL
