How I got healthier

First day went great with eating.  I had made my plan but did not stick to it 100%, however I was able to make sure that I stayed in my limits.  That was great.  I went thru and planned for tomorrow - lunchtime is the hardest - I hate packing a lunch!!  Exercise did not go as well...I was supposed to run outside, which I was prepared to do except that I had both of my kids and it was really cold outside.  My daughter is sick with a sinus infection so she really needed to not be outside.  My son was pretty upset that we didn't get to go...he loves to ride his bike while I walk.  I can't wait for the weather to get nicer!  I am going to try and get up early since my kids are not home tonight and do my cardio.  That way I can focus on the strength training at night.  Need to stick with it...I am excited right now and need to keep this momentum going!!!
