Spring diet

On Friday (or was it Saturday?) I bought this magazine with the title diets. I thought it was a informational typ of mag. I do not look into magazines when I want to buy one just at the cover. If I look into a mag I usually do not buy one at all. Well anyway this magazine was not a informational typ of one but more one with a ton of diffrent diets. And not one of them is a crash diet.
These diets are loaded with fruits and vegetables. Whole wheat products and low fat dairy. Very balanced and easy to do. Everything I ask for in a diet. I have daily meals and everything. The only thing i'm changing is that in the spring diet that I am starting today, it has warm lunches and cold dinners. Well I like warm dinners so i'm switching the lunches and dinners around. Other than that i'm sticking to it to a T.
Maybe just swapping the breakfasts around. Like today instead of the bagel on day one I had the muesli from day 6. I only had the bagel at home, the rest of the veggies and low fat cream cheese I still have to buy. I'm going grocery shopping later on. 90% on my list is fruits and veggies. Amazing!
