Gained weight

  I got on the scale this morning and I almost fell over when I saw that I had gained weight.  I worked out on Saturday and Sunday and ate pretty good.  I had to go back and look at my food log.  I realized that on Saturday I didn't eat breakfast and my first meal was at around 1:30 PM and yesterday I worked out and my first  meal wasn't until around 4 PM.  Hell my body went into starvation mode.  For me the weekends are one extreme or the other.....either I eat and drink(alcohol) too much or I am not eating enough.  I have got to figure out a happy medium.  I sleep late  on the weekend plus I prefer to workout on an empty stomach, so if I don't workout until 11 am, I am not eating until after that and God forbid I have to make a few stops before I go home. This is why I absolutely love this Website because had I not written down what I had eaten over the weekend, I wouldn't have known what the problem was. Well needless to say, I am back on track and eating as I need to in order to maintain my weight loss and to continue losing.  Have a great week everyone!!!
