day 9 [6 DAY CHALLEGE]

so I have 30 days to loose 19 lbs.
its been 3 days where i stayed at 139 and in fact, ITS ANNOYING ME!
what can I do to get myself out of 139...??? well i know yesterday was my cheating day, and the fact that I DIDNT GAIN WEIGHT, that is MARVELOU! but i want to getout of even being NEAR the 40's.
ok. So i'm starting the 6 day diet/workout challenge (with sunday being cheating day):
1) Morning: Workout for 20 min
2) Diet: Keep it minimum [no pastas] only
Coffee/milk morning
Yogurt Snack
Dinner: 2 eggs with steamed vegetables.
3) Night: workout for 20 min
all my workouts need to be 60% cardio, 40% strength.
Goal: 3 lbs less. 133-135lbs. I WILL BE SATISFIED EVEN AT 136!
