I found this site 4 days ago and so far am using it to research calories, fats, and fiber in the foods I eat.
Before this, I would start a diet almost daily and a good day was when I could make it past 10AM.
With this site, I have been able to keep my calories to 1237, 872, and 882 for the last 3 days. Today, having chosen what I will eat, my caloric intake will be 875.
My downfall for years has been watching videos and snacking -- snacking for hours.
I believe I will succeed this time and I think it is like when I finally quit smoking 14 months ago. You must know that this time, you will not get off track. If anyone wants to know a fairly easy method to quit smoking, let me know.
