They say, you have to crawl before you walk...right? Well I'm hitting the ground running! I have nothing to lose but these funky 10 lbs. in my belly, big thanks to my baby boy. lol. I love him to death but dang did he do a number on my stomach.
So now, I'm determined to lose this weight and this is how I'm going to do by March 29th...
* I reduced my calorie intake to 1200 per day
* I completely did away with all white bread, rice and pasta
* I'm taking Green Tea fat burners 3 pills a day
* I'm also taking Dexitrim (found in Walmart) 3 pills daily
* Plus, I'm taking the "Special K Challenge"
* And for exercise, I'm rotating "The Biggest Loser" Sculpting and Cardio DVDs 5 days a week
If all this doesn't work, it'll probably kill me. lol
