the carbs content am eating IS SUPER HIGH! for the past 3 days, more than 50% of diet consisted OF FAT AND CARBS! wth wth wth,
i feel i'm about to fail because of my poor eating choices. and as a college student, THERE ISNT MUCH healthy options for me at the vending machines.
solution: I must bring more snacks with me from Home [salads, vegetables, fruits].
my workouts have been really good. I do twice a day cardio on Mon, Wed, Fri, Sat. then I do once a day Strength Training on Tue, Thur, and Sunday.
