So I am a little disappointed in myself this week.  I have not lost anything but I didn't gain anything either.  I am still 132.5 lbs.  I'm trying to give myself a break because I had my period this past week.  Today is hopefully the last day!  I now have 2 weeks to loose 3lbs.  But I won't have my period at all so it shouldn't be too bad.  On average I usually loose 1.5lbs a week so that is my goal for each of the next 2 weeks.  I want to go on vacation with only 5lbs to my total goal and be under 130 lbs.  Well it's a new week, which means leaving behind all the mistakes and hardships of last week.  So I'm going to get to it.  And in order to get myself in the right attitude I'm going to head to the gym for an hour then concentrate on homework.  Wish me luck because it is time to buckle down!
