Day Two

Well day two was a success. I managed to eat well and get in a little exercise. I have found that I can be the poster child for any weight loss program for about 4 days, then I get bored or lazy and that's the end. My short term goal is to get to day 5. Maybe if I plan on changing things up every few days I might actually see results. Now, I don't mean switching from an Atkins style diet to the grapefruit diet; just a shift in focus. For instance right now I'm watching my calorie intake very closely, but on Day 5 I think I'll shift my focus to exercise. We'll see how it goes.
