I did better today--I was much more conscious of what I was eating and how much, yet I still managed to go over on my calorie intake. When it comes to my favorite foods, I don't know when to say "no." Little by little, I will get the hang of it, though. I think it is good that I am taking the time each day to track what I am eating and reflect upon it. I'm definitely heading in the right direction and that is something to be very proud of!
