Destressing

As I probably have already mentiond, Sunday is the start of a competition between me and my boyfriend. We are competing to lose weight, techniquely together. One thing that helps keep the pounds on is stress, so I have been trying to catch up on homework and cleaning my room so that I can have all the things stressing me out fixed before I start. Tuesday I was up pretty late studying for a quiz and a test, Thursday I was up until two doing homework, and thankfully I was able to finish my homework and fall asleep bfore midnight last night. I finally have my homework checklist on the right page of due dates starting next Monday. This takes a LOT of stress off me, because if I can just keep up with my homework, I will be able to keep that stress off me. The other thing that stresses me out is my messy room. I have the rest of tonight and all tomorrow to work on doing a total reorganization of my room and doing homework due on Monday. Another reason I want to clean y room is so that I have flore space to do the the yoga and kickboxing dvds.
I will keep everything updated on what happens in this competitions, like weights and what I do to get through it all.
