That time

I'm a little leary about a weigh-in on Monday. This is my period time and will start anytime. I always weigh more before and am afraid I will let it rule how I eat the following week. I am trying hard to stay within my calories and eat better even though I would like to sit down with chips,cookies, and cakes and icecream. But in small amounts I will stay in my calories.One thing I have learned is when I eat the right amounts of the right foods I am hungry less. Yeah.
