My journey to losing 75 pounds

This is my third.... no fourth... maybe fifth time going on a diet. For some reason this feels alot different then the past. I went and got a gym membership with my girlfriend and we have really been taking it seriously this time. In the summer of 2008 I came home from job corp and i weight 183 pounds by the end of the year i weighted 215 and now february 2010 i weight a grand total of 250 pounds. I went from eating what could have been concidered prison food at job corp to eating mcdonalds, burger king, pizza hut, taco bell (which is my weakness), at least 2 times a day. as of right now I haven't have mcdonalds since october of 09 and i rarely eat out. I trying to work weight watchers smart ones and healthy choice meals in to my daily diet. and drinking water instead of juices, koolaids, and especially pop. So far i have lost 2 lbs and weigh in is tomorrow. my goal was three. So im happy with the progress.
