One year to get fit

Today I got in only 3,138 steps. Had quite a bit of pain again and was unable to move around. When I get discouraged, I have to remember that some activity is better than no activity so I won't be tempted to give up. I am still frustrated by the website when it comes to tracking my activity. I've followed the steps and even the comment someone left me but it appears that the link is broken. There is never a page that comes up for me to log reps, weight etc... I sent the help desk an email and hope they will reply soon. Is anyone else having a hard time logging a workout?
