Rain and snow hinder the outdoors stuff. Concentrating on tracking the food intake, just converting conservatively the pedometer readings to exercise (moderate walking) results. Class days (M<W< F) get more pedometer clicks for hoofing it to the library, between classes, and the long uphill walk to KCC for the parked car.
Note already that simply logging in eating entries exerts some discipline on what one eats -- I am passing by the kitchen counter without taking anything. Have found a great drink: Diet Green Tea Lipton Mixed Berry: all zeroes except 70 mg sodium for 16.9 ounces. Having two or three a day, mostly in the evening. Trying for tap water during the day, then Lipton while studying.
