Question for anyone...

Tuesday, March 2, 2010 at 3:51 PM filed under Weight Loss postings
My job requires that I jump up and down from chair to copier and move all around the office for hours all day long.  When ever I'm sitting, it's not for long before I have to jump up again.  My body never stops moving.  All of this activity counts for SOMETHING as exercise but I don't have a clue how to record it.   I put down 4 hours of cleaning house just to try and find something that might be somewhat close to the type of movement I'm doing all day but the calories burned seem excessive.  Maybe I'm burning more.... maybe less.  I don't have a clue.     Any suggestions????
