Still trying to move forward

For the last couple of weeks I have been using Leslie Sansone's 4 mile DVD with "boosted walking". It's definately a step up from her last 4 mile video. I've also just purchased her 5 mile DVD and going to give that a whirl. I'm going to add Step Cardio into my workout with Gin Miller and Cathe Friedrich. In the length of time I've been doing Leslie's 4 mile video, the weight refuses to drop but my measurements are showing improvement. It's amazing that when I begin to do her walk, it actually feels GOOD. I never thought exercise would feel good. I can't wait to try the 5 mile video and the step cardio. The reviews say the step cardio kicks butt. I'm looking forward to getting my butt kicked. Maybe the weight will finally start to drop!!! As always, I remain hopeful. Can't say I'm happy with the negative results, but I'm not willing to give up. (Exercise creates endorphins and endorphins make you happy. I need all the "happy" I can get!)
