Not giving up!!!

to get back on track.  I started out this morning in slow motion, got my breakfast and when I was finished just sat in the chair in a fog, decided to lay down on the couch for 10 minutes, ended up 45. Forced myself up to go use the treadmill but as I walked past the window noticed that it looked exceptionally nice outside. Checked the temp and saw that it was almost 60degrees.  Thought to myself that it was too nice to waste the day or spend all of it inside.  So I got myself cleaned up and dressed and headed out. Parked near a really nice place I like to shop but before I went in I took a walk. I knew how far I wanted to walk and thats what I did but unfornuately it didn't take as long as I'd hoped, so next time I'll know to add a few blocks or so.  Then I treated myself to lunch which I didn't eat all of and afterwards walked around some of the shops. I didn't buy anything, just looked. This is one of my favorite places to go, its an old mill converted. There are three floors, two of them little, knick knacks and antiques and in the basement a flea market. By the time I had to leave to go to work, I found myself out of my fog and in a much better frame of mind. 
So now I'm at work and I'm back on track with my eatting! I haven't eatten anything I shouldn't and so far I don't have any cravings. I have only three hours left of my shift and I have the next five days off!!!!!  It will be a struggle to be good those days, both with eatting and exercising as at least the first three of them are extremely busy but I will try!
