Phase II Diet: INSANE Exercise

WOW. I am so proud of myself finishing PHASE I of my diet. In all, I have changed the way I view food, the way I eat, the way I cook. I am a whole new woman! :)
diet:
I also managed to target and illiminate BAD foods, such as food's with high fats and cholesterol. My total intake is below 1200 which is amazing, and water intake is on target.
Now that I started the new exercise program, I am alowed more food allowance but much stricter diet, consisting of more protein and good carbs.
exercise:
insane has been INSANE. day 5 into it, and it has changed my body and made it more stronger. I am still ranging from 138-139, but I can see my tummy go flatter, and my theighs smaller.
However, I do want to see the scale go down to 120. But i understand that INSANE is producing muscle through the cardio, I do want to control my diet to get down in scale number.
HOPEFULLY, i want to be at least 135 by next week :)
