Ok, so I'm in the gym and because of my addictive personality type I am not doing way more work than I have to.  Two hours of cardio and any weight machine that is available.   Because I don't want to pay for a trainer, and don't think I will like someone standing over me telling me I can when I know I can't, I decided to look it up on my own. What I found out is there are 3 different body types.  I fall under the category of Endomorph.  What that means is lamens terms is, I get fat easily and loose weight slowly.  For this particular body type, cardio and weights are very important.  But it is possible to do too much cardio, which is exactly what I've been doing.  It's a slight relief to know that I can fall back a little bit.  Needless to say, 1 hour of cardio 3 times a week is enough.  1/2 hour of cardio three times a week is also enough.  Within that range you are fine!  Follow a weight regimene designed for our body type.  Higher protien less carbs and eating more often during the day is designed to help our body type loose weight.  I encourage you all to find your body type so you are not wasting time in the gym and getting the maximum workout for the best results....happy working out!!!! :)
