Okay, so I made serious changes ones I know I can stick with.
I cut a lot of my carbs out bought some healthy snacks, packing lunches instead of going to eat with my team at work everyday & pulling into drive through drinking lots of water & worked out 5 times this past week intensely so Why am I 4 lbs Up instead of down. I don't want to hear muscle weighs more than fat either because I want to BURN my fat off & that is what I am working on. So what am I doing wrong?
