Ahhh temptation #1

Monday, March 8, 2010 at 1:01 PM filed under Diet & Nutrition postings
Ok I satisfied a temptation. I went to McDonald's, jonesing for McNuggets. Ok it was a 6 piece and I did not get fries. Should be ok. Oh Yeah and the coffee.
Sometimes these urges come out of guilt. For example, after dress shopping with my mother this weekend she bought my matron of honor dress adding, "Keep in mind take 10lbs off and it should fit fine."

I am thinking about working out. I did at New Year's like we always do but you know it took just once. ONE time working out with my 120lb husband and my at the time 240lb frame. It's not so motivating when he's half my size and doing A LOT better than myself.

This was after completing a pregnancy where everytime I weighed myself and my ever growing belly.... he would weigh himself and exclaim, "Hey Honey, I'm up to 129lb."  Keep in mind he's been trying to gain weight since highschool over ten years ago. Ugghhhh.

I like to either workout with female friends or by myself. I am far more motivated by myself than with Toothpick man who eats like a cow!
