Different Workouts

Hi everyone, My workouts are always short and sharp extremely high intensity and I love every minute of it. I warm up on the treadmill for around five minutes @ 6.5 mph. I then increase the speed to around 9mph (depending on which shift I am working) for a minute then press the pause button and jump off, grab a pair of dumbbells 10kg and shoulder press X20 reps. Back on the treadmill @ 9mph then off and bicep curl X20 and so on. You get the message!!!! I complete three sets of 3 / 4 body body parts as well as the three quarter pace running with no breaks. Has anyone got any suggestions for a different workout? Weight training alone doesn`t interest me at all. Circuits are ideal. Any ideas????
