What did I eat? Lets see.

1 Bowl of Honey Nut Cheerios with skim milk
1 cup of dried fruit
A bit of fresh fruit

Half a turkey sandwich, unfortunately made with white bread
1 handful of honey wheat twist pretzels
A fiber one bar
3 cookies
a banana
some jelly beans
two jolly ranchers
and a cookie
