Spring Break

Thursday, March 11, 2010 at 12:34 PM filed under Diet & Nutrition postings
My goal was to be under 130lbs for spring break and I did it!  I am 129lbs right now and so happy about it.  I was packing for spring break and found a pair of shorts that I wore ages ago and have not fit in for years.  Why I kept them I do not know but I'm thrilled I did because they fit and are so cute!  I finally feel like I'm smaller by fitting into those shorts.

So as for spring break I just don't want to gain weight.  I don't care about loosing weight but I would love to come back and still be 129lbs.  I think it is possible.  It will be so hard but possible.  I bought Shape magazine and am also going to pick up Fitness and Self.  I'm also bringing the book Skinny Bitch with me.  It preaches a vegan diet, which I don't follow but has so much good advice and reinforcement that I think it will help to have while in California.  So with all this reinforcement I'm hoping to maintain my weight.

Now when I get back from spring break (if I maintain my current weight) I will have 4lbs to loose by May.  And that will be easy.  If I achieve that I will be at my GOAL WEIGHT.  So right now I have 4lbs to my goal!  I'm so excited I have made it this far.

So girls good luck with all your goals.  I will be MIA for the next week or so while I am on vacation but I will be thinking about all of you.  Without you I would not be this close to my goal and feeling this good about myself.  Thank-you to all of you for all of your help and support it has been such an amazing journey so far and still some more to go but with you girls I know it is attainable.  <3  Have a good week everyone I will be back soon!  <3
