So today is day 3 on Fit Click and im loving it!! I use to write down all the food i ate but i would neve know how much fat, carbs, sugars ect i was really eating in a day, i had a clue of how many calories but this makes it so much easier! A little about me, I use to be very active in sports and working out when i was in high school and even after high school. I put myself on i guess you could say a diet i didnt need to lose weight but i just wanted to eat better so i totally cut out candy and deserts, pop and fast food ( fast food i havent had in 5 years) And i played indoor soccer about 3 or 4 times a week Plus working out everyday sometimes 2 times a day.... i weighed 145 and im 5 feet 11 inch... I kept that up for about 2 years and i loved it!!!! i felt so good not just health wise but my i felt great about my body and just loved it! Well..... i got married and i started to eat desserts and candy again.... and got a different job so i couldnt work out as much but still did, but the soccer stopped because i got injured really bad and i had a really long recovery... i went from 145 to 155... then i started to have emotional eating (didnt recognize it at the time but looking back i did) i would eat really bad and i felt horrible but then i just ate more.... then felt worse!!!!Well 155 went to 160. With in 2 years..... well then i got pregnant and i was worried... i didnt want to gain over 20 pounds. So i ate really healthy but still ate desserts every once in a while... and i worked out until a lot until about my 7 month, then i just would walk. And i only ended up gaining 12 pounds with out trying ... i never weighed myself only at my dr appt. Well after the baby ( dec 2 2009) i lost all my baby weight plus 2 pounds..... soooo i felt pretty good about that... and now im down to about 152-155 and i fit into alllllllllllll of my jeans that i didnt when i was 162... there even lose on me :) Well the reason i started this is because i was starting to eat kinda bad again and i felt like i was going to get out of control again and i dont want that!!!! I want to watch what i eat not only for me but for my baby!! I eat alot of fruits and veggies but i notice i eat a ton of carbs and i love breads ( my dad owns a italian restaurant so we have pizza and past ALOT ) im working on eating less carbs and i have desserts on sundays with the fam... so far im doing really well. I have slowly started working out walking on the treadmill doing crunches pushups leg lifts lifting weights ect... at home... im still recovering from my C section and some things hurt to do so im takin it slow... In may im starting up playing soccer again!!!! IM so excited about that and i cant wait for the summer time so i can go on walks and jogs with my little girl, and swim of coarse one of my favorite things to do.. i live by a lake and we have a swimming pool so i live in the water in the summers... i hope to keep this up and i hope to lose 5 pounds and stay between 145 and 150!!!!!
